I'm sailing!!!

What about Bob?

Ok, maybe not the greatest movie of all times and yet.. I still find myself quoting it. Often. “Baby steps.” I say this in jest. I say it in earnest. "Baby steps" remains a universally understood pep talk. And my own personal favourite: “I’m sailing”. “I’m sailing” makes me laugh. I use it myself now whenever I manage to actually overcome something, big fears, small fears doesn't matter..

“I’m sailing!” I cry out… always envisioning Bill Murray’s character all roped up to the mast of a sailing boat. Yeah, forget Titanic – that’s my favourite on the bow of a ship moment in movies.

And by the way, truly charming goofball comedies deserve more respect. It’s really not easy to do a good one. So if it's been a while and it might have(this movie was first released in 1991 - that makes it almost 20 years old-eep), it's worth watching again. Just do it! Baby steps to the door.. Baby steps down the street and... "I'm sailing"!!
